AI Consultant – Claude AI Implementation & Business Automation

We’re looking for an experienced AI Consultant to help us implement Claude AI across our business operations. Our goal is to streamline internal processes, improve customer experience, and automate repetitive tasks using Anthropic’s Claude models. You’ll assess our current workflows, recommend the best AI solutions, and help design, build, and deploy practical Claude-powered systems that deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities: * Analyze our existing business processes and identify AI automation opportunities. * Develop an AI implementation strategy using Claude. * Design and optimize prompts for consistent, high-quality outputs. * Integrate Claude with our existing tools and software via APIs. * Build AI-powered assistants and internal knowledge systems. * Create document processing and summarization workflows. * Recommend and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) where appropriate. * Work with automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or Zapier. * Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate on solutions. * Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to our team. Required Skills: * Proven experience implementing Anthropic Claude in production environments. * Strong prompt engineering skills. * Experience with Claude API integration. * Knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript. * Experience with REST APIs and webhooks. * Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.). * Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or knowledge bases. * Understanding of RAG architectures. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have: * Experience with LangChain or similar AI frameworks. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Experience with CRM and business automation platforms. * Knowledge of security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
