Logo Vectorization for Trailer Wrap

My current logo lives only as a JPEG/PNG, yet I need it scaled up sharply enough to cover an entire cargo-trailer wrap. The first task is to rebuild the artwork as clean, fully-editable vectors (AI / EPS / PDF) at high resolution so any sign-shop can output it without pixelation...
