Athlete Identity & Sports Management Platform (iOS, Android, Web & Admin Dashboard)

We are developing a comprehensive SportsTech platform that provides athletes with a permanent digital identity while connecting academies, teams, tournament organizers, and sports administrators through a single ecosystem. The goal is to create a scalable platform that supports an athlete throughout their entire sporting journey, from grassroots participation to professional competition. The project includes the development of native-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter, a responsive web portal, an administrative dashboard, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and a modern UI/UX. The platform will support multiple user roles including Athletes, Parents/Guardians, Academies, Team Managers, Tournament Organizers, and Super Administrators. Key features include athlete registration and verification, Digital Athlete ID with QR Code, public athlete profiles, career timeline, academy and team management, player invitations, tournament registration, fixture and result management, notifications, certificate generation, and comprehensive administration tools. The system is being designed with a scalable architecture to support multiple sports, beginning with Football, Cricket, Badminton, and Pickleball. Special emphasis is being placed on security, scalability, role-based access control, and a clean user experience. The platform is intended to serve athletes, academies, clubs, schools, universities, sports associations, and tournament organizers, while remaining flexible enough to support future enhancements and integrations. This engagement covers the complete product lifecycle, including product planning, UI/UX design, mobile and web development, backend development, testing, cloud deployment, technical documentation, and post-launch maintenance. The project will be delivered through milestone-based development with regular review sessions to ensure transparency and continuous feedback throughout the engagement. The long-term vision is to establish AID as a trusted global digital identity and career platform for athletes, preserving and showcasing each athlete's sporting journey throughout their lifetime.
