Senior AI/ML Developer for AI Model Development, Agent orchestration and Deployment

We’re looking for a highly independent Senior AI/ML Engineer who can take ownership of building and deploying real-world AI systems from start to finish. This role is hands-on and covers everything—from working with and fine-tuning large language models, to designing multi-agent AI workflows, and making sure everything runs smoothly in production at scale. What you’ll be doing: Fine-tuning and evaluating both open-source and proprietary LLMs Designing and building multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines Improving model performance for speed, cost, and efficiency using tools like vLLM or TensorRT Deploying and maintaining systems in the cloud using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure Working on end-to-end MLOps pipelines including CI/CD and monitoring What we’re looking for: Strong software engineering background (5+ years), with at least 3+ years in AI/ML production environments Very strong Python skills, with experience in PyTorch and FastAPI Hands-on experience with agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen Solid understanding of vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, or pgvector Experience with production ML systems, including deployment, scaling, and cloud infrastructure
