We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter who can support our consultants by finding suitable technical roles, submitting applications, coordinating with recruiters and clients, and tracking placement activity. Role Overview The Technical Recruiter will identify job opportunities, match them with consultant profiles, apply to relevant roles, and communicate with recruiters, vendors, clients, and consultants. The ideal candidate understands technical job requirements and can evaluate roles based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, rate, and availability. Key Responsibilities Source technical job opportunities from LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, company websites, vendor portals, and recruiter networks. Apply to suitable technical roles using approved resumes and profiles. Match consultant skills with technical job descriptions. Customize resumes, summaries, cover letters, and application responses when needed. Submit consultants to recruiters, vendors, implementation partners, direct clients, and staffing companies. Communicate with recruiters and clients regarding consultant availability, rates, work authorization, and interviews. Maintain an organized tracker of applications, submissions, interviews, and follow-ups. Coordinate with consultants to gather updated resumes, certifications, and availability. Follow up on submitted applications and active opportunities. Prepare consultants for interviews by sharing job details and feedback. Required Qualifications Experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, bench sales, or consultant placement. Understanding of common IT roles and technologies. Ability to evaluate technical job descriptions. Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, or ZipRecruiter. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple consultants and opportunities simultaneously. Experience with spreadsheets, CRM tools, ATS platforms, and online job portals. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with IT consultants on contract roles. Existing recruiter, vendor, or client network. Knowledge of U.S. IT staffing processes. Familiarity with W2, C2C, 1099, and work authorization types. Experience with CEIPAL, JobDiva, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
