WordPress Website for Nonprofit Program

I need someone to design and build a WordPress website for my new nonprofit vocational program for adults on the spectrum. The website should be simple, with 4-5 pages, and include some animations. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development and design, particularly with WordPress. This project is for a nonprofit organization, so the budget is limited. The goal is to create a user-friendly and visually appealing site that effectively communicates our mission and services.
