Directory Website Build, 25% Design, 75% Development (WordPress)

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a WordPress website to function as a local business directory. The brand identity has been created, as well as some template mockups, and I need someone to help construct the actual website. I anticipate there being 6 unique page templates.
