Google Sheets to WhatsApp Alerts

I need a lightweight program that watches a live Google Sheet used as our dispatch log. The moment the “Status” column receives its first entry, the script must pull the Docket Number and Client Name from that same row and fire a WhatsApp message through Twilio to a fixed list of mobile numbers...
