We are looking for an experienced web developer to build a multi-portal website for a paralegal and clerking consultancy operating across England and Wales. The website serves three separate user groups through three distinct authenticated environments. A public portal - open to all visitors , covering company information, services, fees, a blog, an instruction submission form, and a multi-step consultant application journey. A client portal - for registered law firms and barristers' chambers - where law firms access paralegal profiles and submit paralegal instructions, and barristers access clerk profiles and submit clerking instructions. Consultant profiles are not visible anywhere on the public site - they are restricted to authenticated clients only. A staff portal - for internal use - covering instruction management, consultant and clerk profiles, a retainer opportunities board, a staff HR register, a matter-linked clock-in system, and a read-only view of the public site. The consultant application journey includes identity verification, , to confirm the applicant's identity and right to work before the application proceeds. It is a multi-step process covering personal details, experience and skills, education, and a mandatory 300-word written piece on the applicant's specialist area. There are two tracks, one for consultant paralegals and one for consultant clerks, with different specialism options and prompts on each. The instruction submission form adapts based on client type. Law firms see a paralegal instruction path. Barristers and chambers see a clerking instruction path. Each path has its own dropdown options and fields. Please include examples of comparable multi-role authenticated web platforms in your application. Budget and timeline to be proposed based on the specification
