2D DWG to SolidWorks Model

I have a fully-dimensioned DWG/DXF that needs to become a production-ready 3D model in SolidWorks 2020. Every feature shown on the drawing must be recreated exactly, with all sketches and features kept fully parametric so I can adjust dimensions later if the machine shop comes back with feedback...
