Building Scalable MVP Web Applications with React, Node.js & MongoDB

I'm looking for a full stack developer to build an MVP web application using React, Node.js, and MongoDB, built properly from day one, fast enough to launch and validate quickly, but structured well enough to scale later without falling apart. The scope includes designing the database schema, building a clean REST API, a responsive React frontend, and basic authentication and user management, and I want someone who can weigh in on architecture decisions, not just execute tasks blindly. I'm looking for genuine MVP or early-stage startup experience, someone who understands that speed matters but cutting the wrong corners costs more later, and who communicates clearly around timelines and tradeoffs.
