Full Stack Developer for Platform Review

I’m looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to conduct an independent review of a self-learning platform I have built for university students. The platform is a developed MVP and the purpose of the review is to identify the technical changes required to get it up to market-launch quality. The core review should cover: • Architecture and code quality – what needs to change to make the platform well structured, maintainable and suitable for a production SaaS product • Security and data protection – what improvements are required across authentication, authorisation and the safe handling of user data • Database and cloud infrastructure – what changes are required across the Supabase/Postgres database and Google Cloud setup to ensure they are secure, reliable and suitable for launch • Scalability and performance – what must be improved so the platform can support growing usage reliably and efficiently Current technology stack: • Frontend: Next.js, hosted on Vercel • Backend: Python services • Background processing: Redis-backed job queues • Real-time functionality: WebSockets and Supabase Realtime • Database: Supabase Postgres • Cloud infrastructure: Google Cloud Run and Google Cloud Storage • AI models: External LLMs, primarily accessed through Fireworks Required deliverable: A concise audit report outlining the current gaps, the changes required to reach market-launch quality, and a prioritised list of recommended actions across the technical stack (no literal code changes will be required). Budget note: I understand that the time required may become clearer after an initial review of the codebase. I am therefore open to revising the estimated maximum budget if the scope is found to be larger than initially anticipated.
