Tidy Excel Headers & Data

I need a quick but meticulous pass over my Excel file. Every column header must be made bold and left-aligned so the sheet looks uniform at a glance. After that, go through each cell that should contain text and make sure it is actually stored as text—no rogue numbers, line breaks, or hidden spaces...
