WordPress Migration to Native Setup

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer or small agency to migrate an existing business WordPress site from an Elementor/Crocoblock-based setup to a lightweight native WordPress block-based structure. This is not a visual redesign project. The goal is to remove heavy page-builder dependency, reduce plugins, improve performance, simplify templates, create consistent global styling, and make the site easier to maintain. Current stack includes Elementor, Elementor Theme, TablePress, JetEngine, JetMenu, JetSmartFilters, JetThemeCore, custom post types, dynamic filters, and complex menu components. Target stack: - Twenty Twenty-Five theme - Gutenberg / native WordPress block editor - Site Editor - Block patterns - Template parts - Global Styles / theme.json - GenerateBlocks only if needed Scope: - Remove Elementor/Crocoblock dependency wherever technically possible. - Rebuild header, footer, navigation, page/post/archive templates, listing pages, and reusable sections using native blocks. - Preserve URLs, SEO metadata, redirects, menu hierarchy, and core content structure. - Replace or simplify JetEngine, JetMenu, JetSmartFilters, JetThemeCore, custom post type layouts, and filters using a lighter approach. - Standardize global typography and spacing for headings, paragraphs, buttons, links, and lists. - Reduce CSS, JavaScript, and plugin load. - Work on staging before production deployment. - Provide a short editing walkthrough or documentation. This does not need to be pixel-perfect. We prefer a simpler, faster, easier-to-maintain site over recreating complex layouts that require heavy plugins. The new structure should also avoid decisions that would make a future headless CMS transition difficult. Please include in your proposal: - Fixed-price estimate - Estimated timeline - Migration approach - Similar Elementor/Crocoblock migration examples - Which plugins you expect to remove - Which plugins may need to remain - How you would replace or simplify JetEngine, JetMenu, JetSmartFilters, and JetThemeCore - How you would preserve SEO, URLs, and content structure - Risks or limitations Please do not apply if your main recommendation is to rebuild the site with Elementor, Divi, or another heavy page builder.
