CAD Designer for Mesh to Solid Conversion

I need an experienced CAD designer to modify the format of a CAD model I have created with 2 components on it. It is currently a 3D mesh model which I created from a parametric model I made from a scan of my prototype (STL) and then creating sketches and lofting it...
