You will be involved in reporting and following up on projects, internally, across multiple departments including sales, operations, and management teams. The company is New Zealand based company, in the uniforms and apparel industry. This role is work-from-home and must be able to work primarily within NZ business hours. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are documented and tracked • Maintain project and action trackers, following up with team members to keep tasks on schedule • Support internal projects by helping monitor progress, deadlines, and key deliverables • Assist with sales and operational meetings by capturing actions and supporting basic pipeline or project updates • Provide general administrative and coordination support across leadership, staff communication, and ad hoc business tasks • Help develop and organize internal processes, policies, and documentation Qualifications & Experience: • Internal project and task tracking and management • Meeting support including agendas, minutes and scheduling • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail • Support sales meetings with reporting, actions and pipeline • Overall director support - staff communications, document formatting SALARY 40k – 60k PHP per month based on experience
