Join our team as a WordPress Web Developer & Technical Support Specialist. You'll handle website updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support. Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth operations and enhance our online presence. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. What are your duties? ● Landing Page Upgrades: Assist in building, upgrading, and optimizing core high-converting Landing Pages on WordPress (utilizing Elementor Pro or advanced themes), ensuring 100% mobile responsiveness and ultra-fast loading speeds for overseas traffic; ● 3D Configurator Integration: Assist in deploying and maintaining the 3D configurator template/module on our site, ensuring seamless front-end interactive rendering and back-end database stability; ● Catalog Management: Handle the routine uploading, organizing, and updating of our digital product catalogs (including technical specs, high-res WebP imagery, and downloadable CAD/BIM resources); ● Security & Maintenance: Execute routine website security audits, implement malware protection, manage daily/weekly backups, and ensure all plugins, themes, and WordPress core are updated without breaking site functionality; ● Performance Optimization: Monitor site speed, clean up databases, embed tracking scripts (such as Meta Pixel, Hotjar, and Google Analytics API), and fix any broken links or front-end bugs instantly. What do we ask? ● Proven Web Experience: You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field, with at least 2 years of proven experience in WordPress development and technical support (Required); ● Core Technical Skills: Deep understanding of WordPress architecture. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experienced with popular page builders (especially Elementor Pro). Knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, or 3D embed iframe templates is a massive plus; ● Security & SEO Savvy: Familiar with website security plugins (e.g., Wordfence) and caching/speed optimization plugins (e.g., WP Rocket). Basic knowledge of SEO/GEO technical compliance; ● Industry Affinity: Prior experience managing websites for furniture, architecture, or design brands is a huge plus; ● Detail-Oriented & Responsible: Highly disciplined, responsive, and detail-oriented. Able to deliver clean code and comprehensive technical testing reports before deployment; ● Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English (especially written) for seamless collaboration with our international project coordinators.
