Build a Dolibarr to Data Warehouse ETL

We are looking for a data engineer or backend developer to build a read-only ETL pipeline between Dolibarr and a central data warehouse. Dolibarr exposes a REST API documented with Swagger. The solution must support an initial full extraction, incremental synchronization, pagination, retries, error logging, deduplication, and upserts. The initial scope includes companies, contacts, products, proposals, orders, invoices, payments, contracts, projects, categories, and custom fields when available. Deliverables include source code, warehouse schemas, deployment instructions, basic tests, and technical documentation. Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Python or Node.js, Docker, and ETL pipelines is required. Dolibarr or ERP integration experience is preferred.
