Build a Simple AI-Powered Executive Dashboard & Task Management platform

We are a growing construction and property development company seeking an experienced developer (or small team) to build a simple AI-powered dashboard that helps two directors capture, prioritise and execute tasks, ideas and project actions. The focus is simplicity, speed and usability. We do not want a complex project management system. Objective Create a platform where we can send a text message or voice note via Telegram (or similar) and have AI automatically: Capture the information Categorise it Prioritise it (high value tasks to low value tasks(these should be delegated)) Recommend next actions Suggest delegation opportunities Store it for future reference Must-Have Features Quick Capture Ability to submit - via Telegram (or similar messaging platform). Tasks Ideas Voice notes Project notes Reminders AI Processing (we currently use claude) AI should automatically determine: -Priority level -Urgency -Business impact Whether to: -Do Now -Schedule -Delegate -Archive -Dashboard Clean, modern dashboard showing only: Top 3 Priorities Today Tasks to Delegate Projects at Risk Opportunities / Ideas Quick Add Input Box Categories Keep categories simple: Business Projects Personal Ideas Projects should have their own individual dashboards. AI Assistant that links to claude o Open to recommendations. Happy for basic version and update as required.
