We cover 18 industry sectors. We have spent weeks planning and building the technical foundation. We need a developer who respects that work and builds on top of it precisely — not someone who ignores the architecture and builds their own way. WHAT IS ALREADY BUILT The WordPress foundation is complete — including a custom plugin that owns the data model and business logic (custom post types, ID generation, dynamic loops, field protection), so it survives any theme change. You do not touch the plugin; you build on top of it. 5 Custom Post Types (one is a non-public reference library that renders embedded only) 1 hierarchical taxonomy (18 sector terms with descriptions), shared across all post types ACF Pro field groups across all 5 post types plus site options — field names are fixed data contracts A custom plugin providing stable-ID generation, private-field protection, film rendering, and two Elementor query filters you will use 21 global colors configured in Elementor 17 typography styles configured in Elementor 22 core pages published with SEO data Rank Math Pro with Local SEO and schema active LiteSpeed Cache + Quic.cloud CDN active All URLs verified and working Your job is exclusively to build the visual Elementor templates and pages on top of this complete foundation. WHAT YOU WILL BUILD ~11 Theme Builder templates (built once, every instance auto-populates): Header, Footer, Company Profile single, Sector Archive (powers all 18 sector portals), Leader single, Project Spotlight single, Best Workplace single, Top 10 article, Thought Leadership single, F&T Insight article. ~15 standalone pages to lay out and build individually in Elementor (not driven by a single repeatable template): Home, About, Apply for Review (Get Listed), Find a Supplier, Vetting Framework, The Fair & Trusted Standard, F&T Verified Seal, For Procurement Teams, Verified Supplier Shortlist, Editorial Standards, The Trusted Brief (newsletter), Contact, Press, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use. 3 hub pages with dynamic loops: Sectors hub, Business Leaders hub, Best Workplaces hub. 8 reusable components, built as global widgets (build once, reuse everywhere): Company Card, Article Card, Sector Tile, F&T Verified Badge, Find a Supplier Mini Form, Newsletter Strip, Announcement Bar, Stats Row. 2 Gravity Forms styled to design (Find a Supplier; Apply for Review). Performance pass + schema validation at handover. Why This Role Is Different From a Typical Elementor Job Most Elementor developers build pages visually and call it done. This role requires something more specific. You must connect ACF Pro dynamic tags precisely. Every company profile, sector page, and project page pulls content dynamically from ACF custom fields. You will connect Elementor's dynamic tags to specific named ACF fields. The field names are fixed — you cannot create new fields or rename existing ones. You should have hands-on experience connecting ACF repeater fields, post objects, and conditional true/false fields to Elementor dynamic widgets. You must build correct Elementor Loop Builder templates with CPT and taxonomy filtering. The company listings, sector archives, and content loops all use Elementor Loop Builder with specific query filters — by post type, by taxonomy term, by ACF meta value, and by tier ordering. If you have not built Loop Builder templates with custom CPT and ACF ordering before, this is not the right role. You must use our Global Design System — not your own. We have a complete color and typography system already configured in Elementor Global Colors and Global Fonts. Every element you build must reference named global styles. You will never hardcode a hex color value or font specification. You must follow our URL structure and never change it. Our URL architecture is SEO-critical and has been carefully planned. You will not change any CPT slugs, taxonomy slugs, or page slugs. What We Will Provide to the Selected Freelancer The selected developer receives a comprehensive technical brief covering every template specification, every page layout, every ACF field reference, all design system values, schema requirements, video standards, and performance targets. This brief is not public — it is provided after selection. You will also receive the approved page designs, the color and typography manifests, and full staging credentials.
