Job Title: Full-Stack Setup & Deployment — ProServe Health Score Diagnostic Funnel Budget: $150–250 (depending on speed/timezone) Timeline: 2–3 hours Project Overview: I've built a racquet club diagnostic landing page and email automation funnel. Everything exists but isn't fully connected. I need a developer to wire it all together and verify end-to-end execution. What Needs to Be Done: GitHub Setup Create a new repository: proserve-health-score under my GitHub account (ProServe-Code) Clone the repo locally Add the React/Next.js app code (I'll provide the JSX file) Commit with message: "Initial commit: ProServe Health Score diagnostic" Push to main branch Vercel Deployment Connect the proserve-health-score GitHub repo to Vercel Deploy the app Verify it's live at a public URL Confirm the "Book a call with Mike" button links to: https://calendly.com/mike-proservesolutions/club-health-score-diagnostic Kit (Mailchimp) Automation Verification Verify the 3-email sequence is properly connected in Kit automation (Visual Automation 1) Confirm Email #1 ("Club Health Score Diagnostic") has 1-day delay Confirm Email #2 ("What we actually do...") has 1-day delay Confirm Email #3 ("Let's review your results") has 2-day delay and correct Calendly link All emails should be published Form → Kit Integration Verify the diagnostic form submission triggers Kit automation Test by submitting a test entry with a test email address Confirm the first email arrives within 24 hours Google Sheets Integration (if applicable) Verify form responses are being logged to Google Sheets Confirm data structure is correct End-to-End Testing Take the diagnostic yourself using a test email Verify all 3 emails arrive in correct sequence with correct delays Verify "Book a call" button opens Calendly correctly Document any issues found Handoff Documentation Provide a 1-page summary of what's deployed, where, and how to access it List any issues encountered and how they were resolved Requirements: Experience with React/Next.js Comfortable with GitHub, Git, and Vercel Familiar with email automation platforms (Mailchimp/Kit) Able to test integrations and troubleshoot Clear communication if you hit blockers Deliverables: Live diagnostic page URL Verified email automation sequence Test confirmation (screenshots of emails received) Handoff doc What I'll Provide: GitHub login credentials (or I'll create the repo) Kit automation access React component code (JSX file) Calendly link Google Sheets access (if needed)
