Customer Success Developer

Hey there! We're Fungies.io, a fast-growing Merchant of Record for SaaS, digital products, and game developers. We help creators sell globally by handling payments, checkout, and all that complicated VAT/GST tax compliance so they don't have to. We're looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our team. Your main mission? Making sure our new customers have a smooth, amazing experience onboarding and integrating with our platform. What You'll Do • Be the Integration Guide: Help our customers (SaaS founders, digital creators, game devs) integrate Fungies.io into their platforms. • API & Webhook Expert: Walk customers through our API documentation (REST APIs, JSON formats, authentication) and help them set up webhooks, products, offers, and checkout elements. • Onboarding Champion: Take ownership of the technical onboarding process. You'll be the go-to person when a customer asks, "How do I connect my Next.js app to Fungies?" • Troubleshoot & Solve: Debug integration issues, write code snippets, and provide technical support when things don't work exactly right. • Bridge the Gap: Act as the voice of the customer to our product and engineering teams, sharing feedback to help us make Fungies even better. What We're Looking For • Next.js Experience: You must have at least 1 year of commercial experience working as a Full-Stack Next.js Developer. You need to know how modern web apps are built because that's what our customers are building. • API Know-How: You're super comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks. You know how to read API docs and explain them to someone else. • Great Communicator: You can take complex technical concepts and explain them in plain, simple English. You're patient, empathetic, and actually enjoy helping people succeed. • Problem Solver: You don't panic when you see an error code. You dig in, figure it out, and find a solution. • Bonus Points: Experience with Stripe, payment gateways, or working in a B2B SaaS environment. Why Join Us?
