Frontend Engineer

Summary We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who can transform complex workflows into intuitive, elegant, and highly productive user experiences. What You'll Do As our UI/UX Engineer, you'll own the end-to-end user experience across multiple products, including: Expert Workforce Platform AI Review & Quality Assurance Systems Project Management & Operations Dashboard Enterprise Customer Portal Admin & Compliance Tools Future AI Agent Interfaces Responsibilities Design intuitive workflows for experts, reviewers, project leads, and enterprise customers. Conduct user research and gather feedback from internal teams and platform users. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Design and maintain a scalable design system and component library. Work closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Simplify complex AI-powered workflows into understandable user experiences. Improve onboarding, task completion, collaboration, and productivity metrics. Design dashboards, analytics views, and operational tools for large-scale workforce management. Create responsive experiences across desktop and mobile devices. Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
