Full Stack Developer Needed for UK based project

We are an agency and we want a Full stack web developer for our client which is UK based. The total budget for the site is $50K USD so it's a serious enterprise level work. The ideal freelancer must have a clear understanding of business, marketing, human and computer interaction, color theme according to human psychology, design, animations, etc. In the interview phase, all the details will be provided of the site. You must have to take decisions yourself and ask questions less while thinking better than better for the business. It can be an opportunity to work long-term for our agency. The proposal must be not AI WRITTEN. it should be human written (our team will check and will disqualify the one who'll use AI).
