Full Stack Development

Hello, I'm looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL to develop the MVP of a Mobile-First Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be installed on both Android and iPhone using a single codebase. It's an intermediary platform for the agricultural sector. The project includes a secure registration and login system, a simple but well-designed database with good security practices, a basic admin panel, and forms integrated with WhatsApp Business. I'm not looking for a native application or a complex architecture. My goal is to develop a modern MVP with clean, secure, well-documented, and scalable code that can serve as a foundation for future versions. The development must be done using custom code (no No-Code or Low-Code platforms), and the complete source code must be delivered to a private GitHub repository that I own. The initial budget is **USD 1,000 fixed price**, with payments based on pre-agreed milestones. Before sharing all the project's functional documentation, I will request a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
