Senior Full-Stack Developer for AI Career Platform

We are seeking a senior full-stack developer to help build Ozira Career AI / Ozira CV, an AI-powered CV/resume and career platform for Ethiopian, African, and Gulf job seekers. This is not a simple website project. We need someone who can work on a serious SaaS platform with AI, templates, PDF/DOCX exports, privacy, notifications, user roles, and long-term scalability. The platform already has backend foundation work in progress. The next priority is building the template system, recommendation engine, and user flow. Required experience: - Node.js / Fastify or Express - React or Next.js - Prisma + PostgreSQL - AI API integration - PDF generation with Puppeteer - DOCX generation - Resume/CV template systems - Authentication and role-based access - Testing and clean architecture - SaaS security and privacy Main tasks: - Build and improve CV template metadata system - Create template recommendation logic based on job, country, user type, and experience level - Support beginner, professional, and agent-assisted user flows - Build mobile-friendly APIs - Keep tests passing and add new tests - Help prepare the system for future PWA, Android, and iOS apps Important: We will start with a small paid test task. If the quality is good, we will continue hourly for long-term development.
