WordPress/Elementor Developer Needed — Clean, Minimal, Performance-Focused Website Build

We're looking for an experienced WordPress + Elementor designer-developer to both design and build out a clean, minimal website (roughly 10 pages) We have one example section showing the general direction we like — generous white space, confident typography, a restrained accent colour, simple and considered UI (buttons, cards, feature blocks) — but the rest of the site's design still needs to be created from that starting point. You'll need a good eye for layout, hierarchy, and visual rhythm to extend a look-and-feel across a full sitemap of pages in a way that feels cohesive and intentional, not templated. All page copy is already written and provided, so no copywriting is needed — your focus is visual design plus build. Alongside the design work, technical execution matters just as much. We need genuinely clean, lightweight output — minimal nested divs, no bloated page-builder markup (turn off unused widgets), no unnecessary plugins or scripts. The site must be built with Core Web Vitals and page speed as first-class requirements: optimised images (correctly sized, compressed, lazy-loaded, with proper descriptive alt tags throughout), efficient CSS/JS loading, and fast load times across mobile and desktop. On the SEO side, we need per-page meta titles and descriptions, clean semantic HTML (proper heading hierarchy, not just styled divs), and schema markup implemented correctly for relevant page types (Organisation, Service, Article, FAQ, etc. as applicable). Please share examples of past design + build work, ideally with a live URL and PageSpeed/Lighthouse score, and briefly describe your design process when only a partial style reference is provided.
