n8n Automation Developer Needed for Long-Term Full-Time Role We are a growing startup looking for an experienced **n8n Automation Developer** to join us on a full-time, remote basis. You will work on marketing, sales, operations, and product automations. Some workflows will be straightforward, while others will require complex logic, API integrations, and independent problem-solving. Requirements • 2–3+ years of experience with n8n or similar automation tools • Strong experience building complex, multi-step workflows • Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, Zoho, and Airtable • Ability to write custom logic using Code nodes, JavaScript, or Python • Experience using LLM tools and building AI-powered automations • Ability to understand problems and suggest solutions independently • Fast execution and clear communication We are not looking for someone who has only worked on basic workflows or needs step-by-step instructions for every task. Practical Assignment A short assignment will be required before hiring. We have previously faced situations where developers took too long to implement relatively simple flows. The assignment will help us evaluate your speed, logic-building skills, and approach to problem-solving. Budget Compensation can be discussed further based on your experience and performance.
