Build a High-Performance Real Estate Website (Modern Stack)

We are looking for an experienced developer or small team to build a modern real estate website using a clean and scalable architecture. The platform should be fast, SEO-friendly, visually polished, and built for long-term growth. The website will include property listings for sale and rent, advanced search and filtering based on location, price, and property type, and detailed property pages with image galleries and possible video support. It should also include agent profiles, contact and inquiry forms, and SEO-focused pages. The entire experience must be mobile-first, responsive, and optimized for performance. We expect a modern tech stack such as Next.js or React for the frontend, and a backend built with Node.js using frameworks like Express or NestJS. A database such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB can be used depending on your architecture. Hosting can be done on platforms like Vercel or AWS. If you suggest a different stack, please explain your reasoning clearly. You will also be responsible for building a simple and secure internal dashboard to manage property listings, images, and content. We expect clean, maintainable, and scalable code, along with strong experience in building search and filtering systems. Knowledge of SEO best practices, performance optimization, and deployment is important. Experience with real estate or marketplace-style platforms is a strong plus. The final deliverables should include a fully functional website, deployment to production, and complete source code handover.
