KPI Dashboard

We are looking for someone to help us scope, design, and potentially build a firm-wide KPI dashboard for a personal injury law firm. The dashboard would ideally pull data from CasePeer, Lead Docket, RingCentral, CallRail, and QuickBooks to give leadership visibility into the full lifecycle of a case, from marketing and intake through case management, settlement, fees, revenue, profitability, and cash flow. Key areas we want to track include lead source performance, total leads vs. wanted leads, sign-up rates, intake team performance, call metrics, case pipeline and aging, attorney and case manager scorecards, settlement production, fee production, and forecasting based on case stage and pipeline value. We are looking for someone who can help think strategically, not just technically. The right person should be comfortable working with imperfect data, asking good questions, recommending KPI definitions, and building something flexible enough to evolve as our reporting needs become clearer. Ideally, you have experience with dashboard design, data integrations, API connections, business intelligence tools, and law firm or professional services reporting. We value clear communication, practical recommendations, and someone who can explain technical options in plain English. The deliverable may start with a discovery/scoping phase and could expand into implementation depending on fit.
