On-Demand Full-Stack Developer (Long-Term Relationship)

We are looking to build a long-term relationship with a reliable developer who can become our go-to technical partner. We are in the AI Agent Agency business and we niche in AI Receptionist Agents (VAPI, MAKE, TWILIO, etc) We do not have active development projects at the moment. Instead, we are looking to identify and onboard a developer whom we can keep on standby. Whenever a project, feature request, integration, or technical requirement arises, you will be the first person we contact before we consider hiring anyone else. This is not a traditional project-based engagement. We are looking for someone we can trust, communicate with easily, and work with repeatedly over the long term. What We're Looking For: * Strong full-stack development skills * Experience with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, and web applications * Ability to understand business requirements and suggest solutions * Availability for future projects on an as-needed basis * Fluent English communication Communication Matters We value communication just as much as technical ability. We're not looking for someone who simply writes code and disappears. We want a developer who can communicate clearly, ask the right questions, explain technical concepts in simple language, and collaborate professionally with clients and team members. If you're highly technical but struggle with communication, this role is not the right fit. We are specifically looking for someone who combines strong development skills with strong people skills.
