Senior Full-Stack Developer for Mobile App

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the deployment of our mobile app. The role involves managing the backend using Supabase, ensuring seamless integration with the frontend, and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile app development and a strong understanding of React and Supabase. Additionally, the candidate will finalize the integration of Stripe Connect to manage secure escrow holds, corporate commissions, and automated payout systems. You will also build and optimize multi-user kyc verification workflows and robust promotional referral metrics within a secure database environment. The final phase requires packaging this cross-platform application to deliver an optimal, native experience on both iOS and Android stores. IMPORTANT MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Although the project documentation is in English, the candidate MUST be a Native or Bilingual Spanish speaker. Specific Business Deliverables for the MVP (Airbnb-style Operation): 100% Unified Ecosystem: The developer must fully link the existing Frontend UI with the Supabase Backend. The Admin Dashboard, Ambassador Panel, Real Estate Controls, Experiences, and User/Pet Registrations must interact dynamically in real-time. Fully Functional Property Inventory: Hosts must be able to seamlessly upload listings, creating an organized database that renders a precise technical datasheet (ficha técnica) with rules, pricing, and amenities. Live Geolocation & Maps: Integration of functional map views and geolocation services to search and display properties dynamically based on geographic location. Production-Ready Stripe Checkout: Complete checkout, escrow holds, and payout flows linked directly to the admin ledger for automatic calculations of commissions (11%) and ambassador points. System Resilience & Data Recovery (The "Tripas" Backup): Implement robust database backups, error logging, and emergency restoration procedures so that if any critical transactional or user data is corrupted or lost, the system state can be fully restored through backend ledger overrides. App Store & Google Play Deployment: The developer will manage the full generation of certificates, push notifications configuration, and packaging required to successfully deploy the operational binaries on the client's official Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts. Anti-Double Booking Validation: Audit and ensure that the backend database strict exclusion constraints are fully active, preventing any property from receiving duplicate bookings for overlapping dates during the Stripe transaction flow.
