Modern Redesign and Rebuild of an Equestrian Website – WordPress or Lovable Job Description We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer to rebuild and modernise the website for Hallundbaek Stables, an international equestrian and showjumping stable. Our current website is: www.hallundbaekstables.com We no longer have access to the website’s backend because our previous web partner is not responding. Therefore, the website will need to be recreated based on the publicly available content from the existing website. We have access to our domain through Domainnameshop.com and can update the DNS or move the domain to a new hosting solution. Project Scope The project includes: - Rebuilding the existing website on WordPress, Lovable or another suitable and easy-to-manage platform (Can be done from Loveable, Github etc. You have all the text and content) - Creating a more modern, premium and visually impressive design - Keeping the identity and elegant equestrian style of Hallundbaek Stables - Using all relevant text and information from the current website - Preserving the current website structure and horse categories (Foals, 1YO, 2YO, 3YO etc) - Adding all our new horses to the website including pedigree - Replacing and updating existing horse images - Creating individual and consistent profiles for the horses - Adding the pedigree and relevant information for each horse - Ensuring that the horse sections are easy to browse and update - Making the website fully responsive for desktop, tablet and mobile - Connecting the completed website to our existing domain - Providing us with full administrator access and ownership after completion We will provide all new horse images, names, pedigrees and additional horse information, if needed. Everything can be taken from our catalogue and a DB link with all horses. The freelancer will be responsible for transferring or recreating the existing text, pages and content from the current public website. Design Direction The new website should feel: - Modern and exclusive - Clean and visually focused - Professional and international - Elegant without appearing old-fashioned - Image-led, with strong presentation of the horses . Easy to navigate and manage The design must still reflect the current Hallundbaek Stables brand, but we would like a more modern look inspired by websites such as Stephex Stables. Important Technical Requirements Because we do not have access to the current backend, applicants must be comfortable recreating a website from its publicly available pages. WordPress is acceptable, and Loveable/Github can be used to make the design. Therefor, the 300USD budget. We receive full ownership and administrator access - The website is easy for us to update - We can add, edit, move and remove horses ourselves - The solution can be connected to our existing domain - There are no unnecessary ongoing developer dependencies Please explain which platform you recommend and why. Deliverables The final delivery must include: - A complete, functional and modern website - Existing relevant content recreated from the current website - All new horses, images and pedigrees added and easy to add on in the future. The categories and years of the horses should be updated automatically every year. - Existing horse categories and website structure retained or improved - Responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop - Contact details and forms tested - Basic SEO setup, including page titles and meta descriptions - Domain and DNS connection - Full administrator access and ownership - A brief explanation or video showing how we can update horse profiles ourselves Budget Fixed budget: USD 300 Please only apply if you can complete the agreed scope within this budget.
