WordPress Developer Needed for Editable Website from Figma Design

I need an experienced WordPress developer to build and launch a professional website from an existing Figma design. The website is for a boutique U.S. tax advisory firm. I already own the domain and plan to use Hostinger hosting. The design is already completed. I have a Figma file and assets for 4 page types: 1. Homepage 2. Service Page Template 3. About / Leadership / Team Page 4. Insights / Blog Page This is implementation only. I am not looking for a new design. Main goal: I need a first launch version reasonably promptly. The site must look professional and be easy for a non-technical owner to update in WordPress. After launch, I need to be able to add and edit: • service pages • team profiles • blog posts • future language pages Scope: • Set up WordPress on Hostinger • Convert the approved Figma design into responsive desktop and mobile WordPress pages • Build the homepage • Build one reusable service page template and populate 4 initial service pages from that template • Build About / Leadership / Team page structure • Build Insights / Blog structure • Implement the approved Figma header, navigation, footer, and service-selection menu as reusable/global WordPress elements • Add CTA links for consultation booking, client portal, payment, email/phone/contact • Basic SEO and crawler readiness: clean URLs, proper headings, title/meta structure, sitemap, robots.txt/indexing readiness, and no unnecessary crawler blocking • Basic speed, security, and mobile optimization • Short handover instructions or screen recording showing how I can edit content Important: The initial launch does not need full multilingual implementation. I only need the site structured so future language pages can be added later. Please explain in plain language (English or Ukrainian) how you would build the site so I can update it myself later without editing code. Please include in your proposal: 1. Fixed price 2.
