AI/Automation Engineer CRM Messaging Systems We're building intelligent, automated CRM workflows powered by AI, and we're looking for an engineer who can turn complex customer journeys into reliable, self-running systems. What you'll do: Design and build automated, AI-powered CRM pipelines Integrate third-party APIs and connect systems into cohesive workflows Ship clean, maintainable, production-grade code Collaborate on architecture, data integrity, and scaling decisions Must-haves: Strong coding experience in Python (or equivalent) - 2years+ experience Proven track record with API integration - 2 years+ experience Solid software engineering fundamentals: version control, testing, debugging, clean code practices Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into technical solutions Familiarity with AI/agentic systems and workflow automation Fluent written and spoken English Bonus points: Hands-on experience with InsiderOne CEP Sports fan (especially soccer) CRM marketing messaging / operations experience Role is fixed price contract for fixed deliverables. 6 x monthly milestones = $1000 per milestone each month.
