Hiring a Proxy Interviewer (Technical + Communication Screening) We are an early-stage software development team looking for a proxy interviewer to conduct job interviews on behalf of our team. Full Time or Part Time : $20-$30 / hr! Role Overview ; As a proxy interviewer, you will conduct Job interviews on behalf of our engineering team! Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Strong in English communication (spoken and written) Comfortable working in US time zones Ideally a US university student, exchange student, or early-career software developer Familiar with software development (frontend, backend, or full-stack) Confident in assessing how candidates think, communicate, and approach problems !
