New HubSpot theme for one of our clients, an established B2B enterprise-software company currently on HubSpot. This is a from-scratch build on a clean codebase — not a modification, child theme, reskin, or patch of their existing theme — so please only apply if you're comfortable building new. The scope covers up to 20 reusable, fully responsive HubSpot templates and up to 25 live pages produced from them (home, solution and product pages, platform and services pages, the about/company section, news/blog and case-study listings and article views, contact and demo pages, plus standard utility pages like privacy and 404), all editable by a non-technical team inside HubSpot. We'll provide brand guidelines, the copy and assets for each page, clear creative direction, consolidated feedback, and AI-generated page mockups (made in Claude Design) that you'll replicate in HubSpot and improve visually using your own design experience and the client's feedback — the mockups are a guide, not the ceiling. You'll also handle full content migration (all blog/news posts, case studies, and any resource content, preserving dates, authors, metadata, and images), 301 redirects with a delivered redirect map, reconnection and testing of all HubSpot forms, and analytics/tracking setup and validation (HubSpot tracking plus the existing Google Tag Manager container). Every page must pass our acceptance criteria: pixel-faithful to the approved design across breakpoints, tested on current Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge, clean semantic HTML/CSS and modular HubL with no console errors, solid Core Web Vitals, WCAG 2.1 AA as a target, full on-page SEO fields, and zero broken links, missing images, or placeholder content at handover. The engagement includes up to 7 consolidated revision rounds and is a fixed-price project paid across three Upwork milestones (30% at kickoff, 20% when the first batch of pages is presented to the client, and 50% seven days after a successful launch). Target timeline is 3–6 weeks; please propose your own realistic schedule, share 2–3 links to HubSpot theme builds you've done, and confirm your availability to start. Please note this is a subcontracting role: all communication runs exclusively through the Agency, and strict no-contact, confidentiality, and IP/work-made-for-hire terms apply (including a non-circumvention obligation covering you and anyone associated with you). The full Statement of Work will be shared with shortlisted candidates and forms the complete and binding scope of the engagement — by accepting the contract you confirm you've read and accept every term in that document, including the design and build standards, the revision policy, and all contractor obligations. Proposals that propose editing the existing theme rather than building a new one will not be considered.
