Digiproduct, an Israeli software company, is looking for a DevOps Engineer for a long-term part-time position.
We develop and maintain web projects built with WordPress, Laravel, PHP, Node.js, and React.
Our infrastructure is primarily based on Docker and Hetzner Cloud.
Our team includes 20+ professionals across Backend, Frontend, QA, Project Management, Design, and DevOps.
**WHAT TO EXPECT**
This role offers strong mentorship and hands-on production experience while working closely with an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer.
You will gradually take ownership of infrastructure maintenance, deployment tasks, website migrations, and other operational responsibilities.
Most processes are already documented with guides, checklists, and templates, so you won't be expected to design everything from scratch.
You'll gain practical experience with production infrastructure, Docker, CI/CD, cloud environments, monitoring, and deployment workflows.

**REQUIREMENTS**
**Must Have**
* At least 1 year of experience in Linux administration or DevOps
* Confident Linux CLI skills
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose
* Experience working with WordPress and PHP-based projects
* Basic understanding of MySQL/MariaDB
* Understanding of DNS and basic Nginx administration
* Basic knowledge of Git/GitLab
* English sufficient for reading technical documentation
**Nice to Have**
* Ansible
* Cloud platforms (Hetzner Cloud or AWS)
* Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
* Backup systems
* Laravel deployment experience
We're looking for someone who can work with our existing stack, but we understand that everyone's experience is different. If you have a solid Linux and Docker background and have worked with at least some of these tools, we'll help you quickly get up to speed with our infrastructure.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Maintain and support Docker-based infrastructure
* Perform WordPress and PHP website migrations
* Work with Nginx configurations and SSL certificates
* Provide basic CI/CD support
* Monitor servers and respond to routine infrastructure alerts
* Manage backups and storage systems
* Maintain technical documentation and operational notes

* Careful work with production servers
* Ability to follow documented procedures and checklists
* Clear documentation of completed work
* Willingness to escalate complex issues when needed
* Professional and constructive communication within the team
**WORK PROCESS & CONDITIONS**
* Fully remote
* Part-time: approximately 60 hours per month (~15 hours per week)
* Flexible schedule
* Availability during some of the team's working hours is required
* Agile workflows
* Tasks are managed in Monday.com
* Technical guidance and task supervision are provided by a Senior DevOps Engineer
**COMMUNICATION**
The primary internal working language of the team is Russian.

**HIRING PROCESS**
* Online interview with a recruiter (up to 1 hour, conducted in Ukrainian)
* Meeting with the CEO (approximately 30 minutes, conducted in Russian)
* Technical interview with the Senior DevOps Engineer (up to 1 hour, conducted in Russian)
