Fix Stripe Subscription Issues & Webhook Issues in SaaS Platform

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to troubleshoot and fix Stripe subscription billing issues in our SaaS application built with Ruby on Rails, React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Customers are experiencing problems with subscription upgrades, payment status synchronization, and webhook processing. In some cases, successful payments are not updating account access correctly, resulting in subscription and billing inconsistencies. Requirements: Experience with Stripe Payments and Stripe Billing Ruby on Rails, React, Next.js, and Node.js expertise Debug webhook processing and event handling Investigate payment and subscription lifecycle issues Fix account provisioning and billing synchronization Test subscription creation, upgrades, renewals, and cancellations Ensure reliable payment status updates across the application Nice to Have: SaaS platform experience Multi-tenant application experience Experience with payment gateways and recurring billing systems The ideal candidate can quickly identify the root cause, implement a robust solution, and ensure a reliable billing experience for our customers.
