Our website is built on a custom theme utilizing ACF Pro (Advanced Custom Fields) and is hosted on SiteGround. While our initial design and build are complete, we are entering a phase of continuous growth and optimization. We need a developer who can help us transition from a loose development style to a professional, team-oriented development pipeline. Crucially, this includes establishing a version control infrastructure that allows collaboration between the hired freelancer and our internal in-house developers, followed by building out new features, templates, and executing technical SEO strategies.
