WooCommerce Bookings Setup & SimplyBook.me Migration (Future Appointments Only)

Project Overview: I am seeking an experienced WordPress and WooCommerce developer to transition our booking system from SimplyBook.me into WooCommerce Bookings. Our WordPress site already uses The Events Calendar and a fully configured payment gateway. The goal is to centralize future appointments, calendars, and resources into WooCommerce Bookings without disrupting current availability. Clear Objectives & Scope of Work: System Mapping: Recreate existing bookable services, provider profiles, and resource rules from SimplyBook.me into WooCommerce Bookings. Future Data Migration: Manually enter or import only upcoming future appointments from SimplyBook.me to ensure zero scheduling conflicts during the transition. (No historical data migration required). Calendar Alignment: Align WooCommerce Bookings settings with our existing The Events Calendar plugin so that events and appointments dynamically share resource availability. Testing & Launch: Verify end-to-end functionality by completing dummy test bookings to ensure accurate scheduling and automated customer notifications. Out of Scope (Do NOT Bid for These): - No payment gateway setup required (already configured). - No historical or past booking data migration required. Deliverables: Fully configured WooCommerce Bookings system matching current SimplyBook.me rules. All upcoming future customer bookings accurately logged in the new system. A brief walkthrough or confirmation report showing 3 successful booking tests.
