Expert Salesforce Developer & Administrator Needed for Ongoing Support and Development

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer and Administrator to help us maintain, improve, and expand our Salesforce environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across both Salesforce administration and development, can understand business needs quickly, and can turn requests into clean, reliable Salesforce solutions. The Role: As our Salesforce Developer and Administrator, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying new updates, enhancements, and requests into our Salesforce Production environment. You will also manage existing automations, integrations, custom objects, flows, reports, dashboards, and deployed apps. You will work with our team to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure our Salesforce instance remains organized, scalable, and aligned with our business needs. Responsibilities may include: - Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce updates from sandbox to production - Maintain and improve existing Salesforce automations, flows, validation rules, workflows, and process builders - Manage Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permissions, profiles, and roles - Troubleshoot bugs, errors, automation failures, and user issues - Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and list views - Support and manage installed Salesforce apps and third-party integrations - Create custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, or other Salesforce development tools when needed - Review existing Salesforce architecture and recommend improvements - Maintain clean documentation for changes, processes, and deployments - Ensure updates are tested properly before being pushed to production We are looking for someone with: - Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer - Experience deploying changes between sandbox and production environments - Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, automation tools, custom objects, permissions, and data structure - Experience with Apex, triggers, Lightning components, APIs, and integrations - Ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues independently - Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, scalable work - Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members - Experience working with marketing, sales, or client-service teams is a plus Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and dependable.
