AI-Native Full-Stack Developer

AI-native full-stack developer to ship fast across a growing portfolio of web apps We build software the modern way: AI-native, fast, and shipped. We already have a suite of production apps in daily use, and a steady pipeline of new ones we want to build. We're looking for a full-stack developer who works the same way we do, someone fluent in AI-assisted development who can move quickly, ship real features, and bring just enough engineering discipline to keep a growing portfolio clean and reliable. You'll own the full lifecycle of multiple apps and help build new ones from scratch, across both our own product suite and client-facing builds. The work is varied and the pipeline is full, so there's plenty of room to grow with it. This is a role for someone who's genuinely excited about where development is heading. If you love building with AI, shipping quickly, and seeing your work go live and get used, you'll have a blast here. What you'll do - Own and ship across multiple production apps: new features, improvements, releases, and the occasional fix - Build brand-new apps from the ground up as our portfolio grows - Work AI-native: use tools like Claude Code and Replit to move fast, and know when to step in with real engineering judgment - Keep things clean and reliable: sensible Git workflow, PR reviews, CI/CD, and smooth deploys - Make smart calls on when "good enough" is genuinely good enough, and when something needs to be more solid Our philosophy Our apps carry moderate, predictable loads, so we optimize for shipping value, not for gold-plating. Pragmatic, AI-assisted code that works reliably and does the job beats an over-engineered solution every time. We want someone who shares that instinct: build it well, ship it, move on to the next thing. Good enough is good enough. Our stack - React + TypeScript on the front end - Node / Bun, Postgres on the back end - Deployed on Replit and Railway - GitHub for source control and CI/CD - AI-assisted throughout (Claude Code, Replit, and whatever gets us there fastest) You're a strong fit if you - Have solid full-stack experience shipping and maintaining real production apps end to end - Are genuinely AI-native: you build with AI daily, read and judge AI-generated code fluently, and know how to get the most out of it - Can bring light, sensible structure (reviews, CI/CD, clean Git) without slowing the pace down - Communicate clearly and proactively in Slack, and show up for a weekly Zoom check-in and review - Work US hours, or have strong daily overlap with US time zones (remote, anywhere is fine with real overlap and strong English communication) Nice to have - You've shipped a lot, fast, and have the live apps or GitHub to show for it - Comfortable owning deploys and environments on Replit, Railway, or similar - You get excited about new tools and new ways of building The setup - Full-time, ongoing engagement (roughly 40 hours/week), long-term for the right person - Remote, with a weekly Zoom check-in and day-to-day collaboration over Slack - You'll be the technical owner of the portfolio, working directly with the founder To apply Skip the generic proposal.
