Mastercam 3D Milling Toolpaths

I have a set of metal parts modeled in STEP format and I now need complete 3-axis (or 3 + 2 if you feel it helps) toolpaths created in Mastercam. The focus is pure 3D milling on metal, so please optimise for both roughing and fine finishing passes, keeping cutter life and surface quality in mind...
