Revamp Homeopathy Ads & SEO

My Google Ads for my homeopathy practice are showing up far lower on the page than they should, and I suspect that fierce keyword competition is the culprit. I’m already set up in Google Ads, but placements remain disappointing and I can see appointments drop when the campaign slips...
