This website is for a consulting and training academy built on the methodologies of one of the nation's highest-performing integrated care systems. We serve health plans, independent medical groups, and provider networks, US and International delivery systems navigating value-based care. We are launching our public-facing website and need a specialist who can do two things exceptionally well: design a premium, conversion-focused visual experience in Webflow, and build a technical SEO foundation that ensures the right healthcare decision-makers find us. What You'll Do Phase 1: Design • Translate our provided brand assets (logo, colors, typography) into a polished, premium Webflow design — clean, minimal, and authoritative, befitting a senior healthcare consulting brand • Design all 8-10 website pages • Create reusable component library in Webflow — service cards, testimonial blocks, stat callouts, event cards, CTA sections • Design mobile-first responsive layouts — tested and pixel-perfect across iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and desktop breakpoints • Implement WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards throughout — color contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility • Design and build Webflow CMS templates for: case studies, blog/insights posts, and training academy event listings • Optimize all images and assets for Core Web Vitals performance Payment Gateway Requirements (required skill) The Training Academy processes event registrations for up to 500 attendees per event. Secure, reliable payment processing needed. You must have hands-on experience integrating a payment gateway into a Webflow or similar web build. Our preferred gateways are NMI (Network Merchants Inc.) and Authorize.net;) • NMI (Network Merchants Inc.) — preferred: embed NMI's hosted payment form or Collect.js into the Webflow event registration flow; configure webhook callbacks for payment confirmation, CRM record creation, and confirmation email triggers • Authorize.net — preferred alternative: implement Accept Hosted or Accept.js for secure card capture; configure Silent Post / IPN for post-transaction automation Phase 2: SEO • Conduct keyword research targeting our core audience • Develop and implement on-page SEO strategy across all 8-10 pages — optimized title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy (H1/H2/H3), and internal linking structure • Implement schema markup: Organization, ProfessionalService, Event, Article, and BreadcrumbList structured data • Configure Open Graph and Twitter Card meta tags for all pages — optimized for LinkedIn sharing (our primary social channel) • Generate and submit XML sitemap; configure robots.txt; verify Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools • Set up Google Analytics 4 with conversion events: form submissions, calendar bookings, event registrations, and email signups • Implement canonical tags, hreflang if needed, and 301 redirects for any domain migration • Deliver a keyword map document assigning target keywords, search intent, and recommended content angles to each page • Deliver a post-launch SEO audit report with baseline rankings, Core Web Vitals scores, and 90-day optimization recommendations Design Direction Premium, minimal, and authoritative — this is a senior healthcare consulting firm, not a startup or a clinic. We will provide the brand identity (logo, colors, type specs). Your job is faithful, high-caliber implementation — not creative reinvention. The site must feel credible to a health plan CMO or hospital CFO opening it for the first time.
