Wire n8n Human-in-the-Loop Engine

I need an experienced n8n developer to wire a human-in-the-loop data review engine to a spec I provide in full. This is an integration job using a defined stack, not a build from scratch. How it works: files land in a folder, n8n runs config-defined checks on each record, anything that looks off is sent to the Anthropic node for a judgement, clean records are written out, and questionable ones are held back and emailed to a reviewer who approves or overrides. Each decision is saved to Postgres and fed back so the engine improves. You do not need any knowledge of my industry. All rules and prompts are supplied by me in configuration. Most important requirement: new use cases (lenses) must be added by configuration alone, with no change to the workflow code, for any number of lenses going forward. I launch with two and add more myself later. Stack: n8n (self-hosted), the Anthropic node, a code node for the checks, and Postgres for memory. Security is non-negotiable: the system runs sandboxed, with filesystem access limited to one folder and outbound network limited to the Anthropic API and the email server, nothing else. Deliverables include a comprehensive written manual plus a short screen-recorded walkthrough covering every moving part, how it is stitched, the security setup, and how to add a new lens. Full source and IP assigned on final payment. I provide a complete written spec on selection.
