Need a Full Stack Developer for Health Care Web App

Hey! We're building a healthcare platform from scratch and need a solid full stack developer who can take this all the way to production. This isn't a "just fix a few things" kind of job. We need someone who can look at a blank canvas and build something real — clean architecture, proper database design, secure APIs, and a smooth front-end experience for both patients and providers. Here's what we're looking for: - You've built full products before, not just features - You're comfortable making decisions when things aren't fully defined - You know how to handle sensitive data responsibly (healthcare = no room for shortcuts) - Strong with React or Next.js on the front end, Node.js or Python on the back end - PostgreSQL or similar, we need a proper relational setup Bonus if you've worked on anything in the healthcare space before (EHR integrations, FHIR, HIPAA compliance) but not a deal breaker if you haven't we care more about your ability to learn and deliver.
