Webflow Developer for Ongoing Projects

Hi, I'm looking for someone who really knows Webflow well, not just the basics, but someone who can build, fix, and improve things properly and won’t disappear halfway through a project. I already have an existing Webflow site and I’m looking for someone to upgrade it, fix issues, and improve the overall design and performance. This includes both visual improvements and technical refinements where needed. I have a small paid-test to start with. Nothing huge, I want to see how you work, how you communicate, and whether you can deliver exactly what’s requested. If it goes well, I’d like to continue working together on a part-time ongoing basis, since I regularly have Webflow updates, improvements, and new tasks. I’ve had bad experiences before with developers who overpromise and then go quiet, so I’m being upfront: I’ll start small, pay fairly, and if we’re a good fit, there will be consistent ongoing work. What I’m looking for: - Real Webflow experience (please show actual live sites, not Canva or mock portfolios) - Someone who can work on existing sites: fixes, upgrades, and improvements - Clear communication and reliability (no chasing for updates) - Strong attention to detail, I notice when things are slightly off - Bonus if you know Finsweet Client-First or have experience with CMS and SEO Part-time ongoing role: - If this first task goes well, I’m looking for someone I can work with regularly on a part-time basis (ongoing Webflow development, updates, fixes, and improvements).
