TikTok Pixel Event Consultation

I need an expert in tiktok ads tracking to solve the problem of events appearing in tiktok pixel helper and in the test, but not in events manager, the account saying "status: not ready for campaign" and not being able to select the event when creating a new ad group. Please give at least a bit of info of how you would deal with this, and an example of a similar thing you've done before. Please also provide how long you think this will take. Need this ASAP, thanks! First person I find that looks good enough to work with will likely be the one I hire.
